Media analysis for the coverage of the topic Drugs in Bulgaria (November 15– December 15, 2009)

All in all, throughout the period covering mid November - mid December, there has been no intense media interest towards the drug topic. The total number of publications is 211, of which 76 in the monitored media.

In terms of quantity the most active segment was the one of Internet media, containing 2/3 of the journalist materials.

It can be noted that there are practically no publications presenting personal stories, as well as other more attractive for the audience and analytical materials. The four types of media cover the topic in the periphery and seldom has it been among the hot news.
